Welcome to Azucar, where breathtaking views meet vibrant cuisine and masterfully crafted cocktails. We celebrate fresh, locally sourced California ingredients while paying homage to the rich traditions of Latin culinary heritage. Located inside historic La Serena Villas, in Downtown Palm Springs, our buzzy rooftop boasts some of the best views in the desert. Come share a toast over our popular Blood Orange Margaritas and stay for a meal that's as fabulous as Palm Springs itself.

Azúcar offers indoor, outdoor, poolside, and Weekend Rooftop Brunch to a 21 and over crowd. Reservations are strongly recommended, and while we will do our best to seat you in your requested section, we cannot guarantee it as it's based on availability.

    I’ve dined at Azucar many times and am always impressed. From the warm friendly greeting you receive from the staff, to the unusual and deliciously prepared menu items, the dining experience at Azucar is top notch. We dined poolside but the roof top and indoor dining are equally lovely.
