Azuridge Estate Hotel is a hidden gem located westbound, just 15 minutes outside of Calgary with stunning views. The Estate is home to our Opal Dining Room, where we invite you to treat yourself to a refreshing brunch or a night out and enjoy the beautiful scenery along with an equally exquisite A La Carte Menu, by our Award Winning Executive Chef, Yoshi Chubachi.

Food and service is absolutely stellar. Ambience is incredible. This place is our new favorite restaurant. Yves the sommelier elevates the whole experience and Annika the server is the best!

I think because it was a set menu that it was not the best time to try Opal for the first time. I’ve heard good things about it so was excited to try. The appetizer was not good. We always eat oysters everywhere we can. There were two each and after tasting the first one we had to leave the second. They looked like they weren’t edible and after tasting the first we weren’t testing the second. The rest of the appetizer was average at best but disjointed and seemed like was thrown together items they had too much of. The mains were ok. Much better than the appetizer but still not the level I expected. Desert was ok. Staff was great. Very polite and very helpful. Restaurant was nice. Will try again when it is not a set menu as I don’t think those situations offer a true representation of the restaurant.

We had an absolutely beautiful evening celebrating our daughter’s engagement at Azuridge. All three courses of the food was simply spectacular and the wine/champagne pairing recommended by Yves, their Sommelier, was perfect. The service was equally perfect as we were able to enjoy the entire evening without interruption while the wait staff tended to our every need. What a special place!

I planned a pre-Christmas brunch with my daughters to enjoy some quiet time together before the holiday rush. Azuridge provided the perfect setting—such a beautiful venue right in our backyard in the foothills. The food was exceptional, and the sommelier introduced us to a brunch cocktail I wish I could recreate at home—so knowledgeable and engaging. I highly recommend Azuridge for a special experience!
