ダウンタウンから徒歩ですぐ、ワシントンアベニューのイーストエンド新興地区に位置するB&B Butchers & Restaurantは、伝統的な肉屋を併設するクラシックな高級ステーキハウスです。歴史的なDittman建物内にあり、常連客は最高級のテキサス牛や日本の和牛を誇るメニューのほか、レストランで28日間または55日間乾燥熟成されたUSDA認証のプライムビーフを楽しめます。B&Bは米国内で9軒のみの日本の神戸ビーフ・神戸肉流通推進協議会認定のレストランの1つで、但馬牛100%を使用したA5ランクの本格的な神戸牛のみを提供しています。B&Bでは毎週土曜と日曜にはブランチを用意し、日曜は屋上のパティオでライブ音楽を開催しています。卵料理をメインにしたクラシックなブランチアイテムと共に、特製カクテルも楽しめます。B&Bでは月曜〜金曜の15:00〜18:00に階下と上階のバーエリア、屋上のパティオにて、お得な料金の軽食、テキサス風カクテル、ビール、グラスワインを提供するBooze & Bitesソーシャルアワーメニューを用意しています。

    My best friend and I celebrated our birthdays here and they made us feel very special! The food and service (thanks Matt and Solomon!) were absolutely amazing!!! The manager brought out the carpetbagger app and it was to die for!!

    The music was too loud to have a brunch conversation with family. I had to move upstairs away bc of noise volume. I would recommend asking the singers to turn the volume down

    My wife & I celebrated our anniversary here. Food and Servuce were excellent. Atmosphere was exactly what I was expecting..Not stuffy and over pretentious. I would recommend and will be visiting again.

    The food was good. Steak had great flavor. Center of my filet was rare tho I ordered medium. Service appears top notch but reality was our waitress was rarely seen. Didn't check on us after entrees arrived. Didn't offer 2nd cocktails. Cocktails btw are ridiculously overpriced. All in all I feel this is 30% higher than it's worth

    Great food choices. They push their steaks. We had Wagyu filet & sea scallops, brisket ravioli appetizer, and carrot cake. Wonderful service that was very quick. Nice complimentary valet service. Room is tight with many tables so not private feeling. Bathrooms were OK but needed a bit of an update& cleaning.

    Always a delight to eat here. We love the selection on the brunch menu, whether you want true breakfast items, a great lunch, or something more substantial, B & B has it. It has become our new go-to place for eating before heading into the theater district to catch a show.

    Michael was our server and he was terrific. Ask for him! Great attention to detail. We had steaks and sea bass. All were perfectly prepared and sides were amazing (get the Brussels sprouts!). The butter cake for dessert was the perfect way to end the meal.
