   First time going here & the hidden door wouldn’t open with the jukebox. We got seated pretty quickly but it took about an hour to get a drink here. Ambiance was lovely & noise was just loud enough to not hear other people’s conversations. I would try it again

   This place was impeccable 10/10 recommend. Top Tier service from Sanchez, She went above and beyond to help me have the perfect birthday girls night out karaoke edition experience. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received and I will be going back again.

   Always an amazing experience. Incredible customer service from the extremely caring staff. Drinks and food are delicious. Private room karaoke is such a blast.

   I had a great time here and from the minute I arrived, after figuring out how to get in I was greeted and began an experience I would not forget! Both the hostess and bartender, Delonte, were outstanding and went above and beyond for accommodating my group! 10s across the board. I did not have any food but the drink were popping and Delonte did his big ones with the way those drinks were flowing. It was almost closing time and did not want to leave that’s how wonderful the hostess and Delonte were! I highly highly recommend! Do yourself a favor and go there NOW and hopefully Delonte is there!

   I booked a karaoke room for a group of 8 to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Overall the experience was good; however, there were a few things that could have been better. A) Bottle service only. We were disappointed that we couldn’t order cocktails. B) Limited music. You can’t use your own device to play music. There were several songs we wanted to sing that were not available. C) The space is small. We wanted an intimate gathering, so this was not a big deal for us. However, the room got hot quickly. After a few requests with our server, the air finally cut on. Overall everyone sang their hearts out and had a good time.
