    Food was mediocre. Service was terrible. Kid was nice but it took 25 minutes to get our drinks and 40 min to get our food. We waited another 15 to close out after receiving our tab and finally had to ask the manager to do it. Restaurant wasn’t full or all that busy. But, it looked wonderful! Great pics!

    The Christmas Day experience here was fantastic! Service could’ve been a bit better, but I also understand that it was the holidays and they were short staffed. If you’re wanting an ambience experience and an Instagram experience this is it.

    We waited 30 mins at our table before being waited on. I inquired and was told it was because it was Christmas & they were short staffed which I could understand. We sat near a speaker so it was incredibly loud. Pancakes were good. Ginger ale was regular soda water from the bar. All in all, we went for the photo ops but a bit disappointed. Feel for the waitstaff working on Christmas so we took everything in stride and was just grateful to be in the moment.

    The service was atrocious and the food was just OK. We were kept waiting in the freezing cold even though we had a brunch reservation. Apparently the line outside was for people going to view the Christmas decorations. When we finally were let in, we waited for the hostess for over 10 minutes. Our server made sure to add a 20% tip to our bill. We usually add more, but 20% was more than enough.

    The croutons in the Cesar salad were delicious. Pricing range for the meals was decent. Appetizer price range could have been lower for the amount you got but it is NYC.
