   Fuimos a cenar 13 personas, el servicio de los meseros regularmente bien pero la atención del gerente en turno pésima uno de los comensales se quejó del plato que pidió, pues la calidad no era buena y el gerente, lejos de pedir una disculpa y ofrecer opciones, tomo el platillo y dijo pues lo voy a revisar, no volvió a acercarse, no le ofrecieron otra cosa pésima actitud. Los precios no son caros, son abusivos, el lugar es bonito, estaba completamente vacío, la comida, a excepción de ese platillo estaba bien, pero la relación con el precio es completamente absurdo Entró una rata y lo que nos dijeron, es que no podían controlar la fauna silvestre, cada aclarar que dije rata no un tejón, por ejemplo Y definitivamente la actitud del gerente fue completamente inadmisible. Todavía tuvieron la osadía de decirle a la persona que regresó el platillo que ya habían visto para quitar lo de la cuenta como gran favor

   Its all about the atmoshphere and service. They provide it all. The food was delicious, and presented beautifully. We even enjoyed hooka for the table and dancing on the chairs. Its not just dining, its an event to experience.

   We loved our dinner! Service was amazing and super fun atmosphere loved the dancing would go back for a fun time again. Food wasn’t the best too many sauces

   Nos cambiaron de hora la reservación para darnos según un mejor servicio y cuando llegamos duraron media hora más en darnos mesa, en cuanto llegó lo que ordenamos comenzó la música altísima y apagaron la luz, apenas y se podían ver los platillos. La mesa de un lado nos roció literalmente una botella completa de champagne y los meseros no hicieron nada por pararlos aún viendo que nos molestó bastante. Si eres nacional no lo recomiendo, le dan demasiada preferencia a los extranjeros y para los precios que manejan el trato es horrible.

   Major disaster!!! If you want fine dining these people have no idea what fine dining is, their main goal is to get you to spend 3k plus. Years ago I had been to Bagatelle New York based on my previous experience with them, I selected Cabo Bagatelle to surprise my wife on her B-Day. We made 8pm reservations in advance, informed them it was a special occasion my wife’s B-Day. Upon arrival, we were told we had 2 hours limit. Then we were seated at a table that was squeezed in a corner pathway for waiters, there were multiple tables available, we asked for better location we were told all other tables were reserved while they stayed empty throughout our short stay. Through the appetizers and Salads the waiters kept bumping into our wife’s chairs, passing by with large trays over head. Later a manager came and said if we wish to stay after 10pm it becomes a party we need to purchase minimum $3000 Qty 3 bottles of champagne, they would dress us in costumes and make a big show, which I kindly declined. In the middle of our Dinner they had sold a $3000 champagne to a group of young men and they came through and told my wife and my friends wife they need to walk away from the table, they removed their chairs, so they can have these group of man go through with massive props, as they carried on for 10 minutes. We were all in shock on what’s happening, we were so offended. This is a fine Dining restaurant, $50 salads $50 drinks main course $100. If I wanted this type of treatment I would go to Mango Deck. You guys should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. Needless to say we walked out and went to Edith’s with no reservations they accommodate us and treated like royalty.
