   We chose Bali Hai based on OpenTable reviews for a pre-show dinner and were very happy with our choice. Service staff are excellent, friendly, attentive and fast, and we felt very welcome. The food we got (we went for the pre-show dinner) was simply fantastic, and thanks to the Fusion element of the Bali Hai's Thai Fusion scheme, all dishes are flavor-wise showing strong links to classic Thai cuisine while always coming with surprise elements and hence not just being your usual Thai. We chose the Kingfish sashimi and Hat Yai Fried Chicken for our starters, followed by Pad See Ew with Crispy Pork Belly and the Red Curry Duck, all of which were filled with flavor and clearly based on very fresh ingredients. All dishes felt light yet big enough, and we left happy and delighted. We'll be back!

   Great value for money food that’s cooked to perfection. Visually laid out in an appetising manner as well. Bit too cramped layout though. Didn’t expect it to be that small and have no space between tables. Not the most aesthetic interior design

   Been here twice now - once at the start when they just newly opened for soft opening and then again 4 months later. We were incredibly impressed with the food standards the first time round and I’m delighted to say they were consistent with the second visit also. There were some minor changes to some menu items but for the better. You could tell they made use of the soft opening period to analyse where improvements could be made. My only negative note was that on both occasions, there were dishes on the menu that we wanted but were unavailable. But this honestly was no big deal to us and wasn’t a let down. Staff members are incredibly welcoming, polite, well-mannered and genuinely lovely people. It was heartwarming to see how busy and successful they became as a business during our second visit. Will definitely come as a bigger group next time as all the dishes I’ve had so far are impeccable and the cocktails are fabulous!

   From the booking to the phone call to say we'd be late to welcome, staff, food, everything was fantastic, we had the Feed me deal, perfect location to the Princess Theatre as well, definitely will be back thankyou.
