   This place is worth going to! And the Sahara hotel is gorgeous! We shared the most amazing focaccia bread, marinated olives, whipped ricotta, frito miso. The whipped ricotta is like a beet salad. The best focaccia I ever had. Light and airy and perfect texture. The whipped ricotta over beats ( not traditional beets with grapefruit pieces and the final sprinkling of pistachios was amazing! I don’t even like regular beets but told my friend I would try and I was pleasantly surprised!!! Yummmmmm The frito miso was perfectly cooked and amazing too!!! Totally worth going!!

   When First arriving the noise level was pretty high, but they were very accommodating and lowered the music so we could hear the waiter without struggle. We attempted the tasting menu after extensive questioning. We chose our top three request : salad, meatballs, a pizza, and lasagna as part of our tasting. The meatballs were fabulous. We never receive the other items requested, and we never received the dessert. I think for $95 the concept is promising, but due to confusion in the kitchen, our communication breakdown within the system, they failed to deliver. Staff was extremely pleasant and did their best. Maybe just skip the tasting menu and order 1 item from the menu for a better outcome.  Seating was comfortable and atmosphere was cozy. Managment did accommodate us, but it is already soured the experience.

   Amazon experience. We saw Magic Mike and the show ran over so we ended up sitting in the bar for dinner. The bartender was fabulous and we had a wonderful dinner.

   The food was amazing, a little bit pricey but totally worth it. The service was outstanding , very friendly and attentive. This is a must try if you are in Vegas!
