Ballistic Beer Co HQ is set in an old World War II ammunitions factory in the historic, industrial suburb of Salisbury. The venue houses the production of our delicious brews and features a cellar-door style bar where you can pop in for a sip from 18 taps and see where the magic happens. Each week we invite local food trucks to fill you up with the best food to satisfy your taste buds. Dig into a meal while listening to one of the live music acts. Children are always welcome and there is plenty of large open spaces for them to play and make new friends. The venue also houses a 90 person capacity function space which is available for private functions/events.

After booking a table 1 month prior for my brothers 40th birthday celebration and confirming the booking the day before I was told upon arrival at the venue that there was no record of my booking and no table available. Very disappointing as we are regulars at this venue but unfortunately won’t be coming back. We went to hikers brewery up the road and had an awesome time

There was no lunch available as expected and as per website. Very disappointed particularly due to lack of communication from Ballistic and nonchalance from staff on day.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and awesome selection of ales and stouts. Plenty of soft drinks for the kids. Pool table and the pinball machine were a nice touch.

Awesome brewery which may just become my local 😉 Great beers at great prices, especially with happy hour! Always a different food truck with awesome snacks.

Had heard good reviews, however my booked table ended up being the plastic table and chairs outside on the fake grass overlooking the driveway. Would be nice to know where your booked table is and what food trucks will be there when you book a table.

Loved that there was a facility to change my baby! Would be awesome if there was a little armchair for breastfeeding too! Great staff, awesome beers and lots of non alcoholic options. Thanks heaps
