Named after the Coastal Banksia trees which line our foreshore.
Brought to you by chef Bernard McCarthy, featuring an ever-changing menu focusing on Local Seasonal produce, small plates designed to share, or comfortably enjoy by ones self.
A concise wine list selected by Angela Strickland and the team at Independent Wine Store, encompassing Mornington Peninsula, Australian and International selections by the glass or bottle.

This feels like the only place on the peninsula with an interesting and non beige wine list! love it. The food is excellent, and super well priced for the quality. The staff were really brilliant too, had a great time.
