   Sunday brunch. Live music as solo singer sang nice mix of songs. Entrees were mushroom flatbread and kale Caesar Salad. Both were excellent. Server was very pleasant. Look forward to coming again.

   I am hoping this place gets better but they are really struggling at the moment. One man kitchen prepared one table at a time, nearly 3 hours for a 2 course meal. Twice they had to return to the table to tell us the food we ordered was no longer available. Peach cobbler had no cobbler, seriously just canned peaches and ice cream. Oddly we have had 2 other great meals at the upstairs location but Banter was a completely different experience. Menu reads well, but execution is bad. They did take 50% off the check without us complaining so they knew they were having problems.

   Food was delicious, would definitely come back again to try the other dishes as well. Noise level due to a little concert was quite loud. Staff was friendly, could have been a bit more attentive, though.

   I was having breakfast there with my sister, and we ordered omelette, smoked salmon eggs benedict and cups of fruits. Fruits were not fresh, omelette was done poorly, and my eggs Benedict was not good either. English muffin was hard and seemed not fresh at all, eggs were poorly made as well. A little disappointed and not planning to go there again. But the place itself was very nice and beautiful!

   The service was excellent and friendly, the ambience relaxing and contemporary. I have only two points to make about the food. My omelette, which was very fine, came with a salad. It was not dressed. I commented to the server who told me it is pre-dressed. It was awkward to request a ramekin of dressing after that. I preferred to leave it untouched, it was simply too early for serious roughage. I would have preferred potatoes since salad before late afternoon is a bit uncommon. Toast was served on the side. One piece of bread cut into points. I usually would eat two with eggs for digestion. Another piece of bread toasted and cut into two points costs $4. If bread is so precious, why not offer a basket of toast points or biscuits for a side, four pieces for $10 or some likely price?

   Went during happy hour. Had to ask for happy hour menu. Waitress didn’t really know about the food or wine deals. That being said, there was live music, that volume thankfully was turned down a bit so we could talk to each other. Food arrived hot to the table and was tasty! Modern decor. Overall a good experience. Would return again.

    One of the best meals we had in West Palm. It was such a lovely brunch, laid back, quiet, not full of beach goers. Not that there is anything wrong with beach goers, we just wanted something a notch nicer before heading to the ball park to catch spring training!
