Join us on February 27 or 28 for an extraordinary culinary collaboration with guest Chef Martine Bauer and our Executive Chef Kevin Ramasawmy, both of Mauritian heritage. Together, they’ll craft a 5-course tasting menu blending classic Mauritian dishes, modern techniques, and bold creativity.

    Bar George is located in a historic building in downtown Montreal. The food, service and ambiance were impeccable. We went for brunch and were excited to taste several of the French inspired offerings that were available to us. I had a delicious French lobster omelette, potatoes and frogs legs on the side. My wife had a breakfast pastry platter with a scrambled egg on the side. Our server was very attentive and made sure we were totally satisfied with our meal which was wonderful. I highly recommend Bar George.

    Our waiter was good, excellent food! We went into the bar afterwards to have a drink, and we were told where we were sitting that it said larger party came in she “would kick us out. “ The staff was completely different in the bar area and we even explained that we had just finished having dinner. She was rude and not accommodating.

    Agréable soirée dans la salle à manger du Bar George pour le moins tranquille lors du Super Bowl. Tout était parfait. Un incontournable à Montréal et ce, peu importe l'occasion.
