Bar Louie is a modern casual eatery. This is a far-reaching group of restaurants that have a fun "local bar" feel. Each Bar Louie is a little different and features menus that highlight local specialties. Bar Louie is a premiere late-night dining destination, since the kitchen is open much later than other restaurants, even during the week.No matter what mood diners are in, they'll most likely be able to find something they like at Bar Louie. Inside the menu are separate sections for burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, entrées and, of course, desserts. The burgers are the item that diners order most often, with recipes like the Southwest burger topped with fresh guacamole and pepper jack cheese. If diners are particularly hungry, they should go with the zesty voodoo pasta with Cajun blackenings seasoning or try the English classic fish and chips.
