   I brought my sales team to Bar Louis this afternoon for some celebratory drinks and appetizers. We were quite the rowdy bunch, but our waiter Matt was so accommodating of us, always checking in to make sure our drinks were filled, and super patient with all of our orders. Amazing service, drinks and food! Ask for Matt when you go!

   I booked a reservation in advance and the table was not ready. The waiter was extremely slow and took forever to take orders. Barely checked on us. One of my guests told the waiter she wanted to take her drink off and speak to the manager as soon as he brought her drink out because it looked watered down and she didn’t see the manager until we erected about to leave.

   They didn’t have enough sit for my party of people. It’s took $45 mini to receive drinks. I made a reservation online and was not able to get a table right away. The waitress we had was awesome I believe her name was Jasmine. She did a great job. The music was horrible. I don’t ever seeing myself attending this bar again.

   The waiter kept forgetting items that were asked, like napkins, to-go boxes, drink orders. I ordered chicken nachos which were very warm and cold by the time I could even finish them. I ordered a lemon drop, the glass was very sticky on the outside and the drink itself was warm. It was very cold in the restaurant. Did not enjoy myself at all.

   It is always a vibe every time I have patronized there. You do have to get there early because it will get packed quickly, especially Friday nights and Saturday Brunch.

   I enjoyed myself for my Birthday, the staff was great, the food was great also including our waiter he was the best. I definitely will be back for another visit.

   We had a reservation and still had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for our food after we placed orders. Some orders were wrong, and some orders were missing items. 2 people in our party decided not to eat at all because it was so late. The server was a very pleasant gentleman who was apologetic and concerned about our poor experience. The so-called "manager" with the hoodie sweatshirt came out while the server explained and apologized but never spoke a word to us. We didn't even know who he was until the manager was requested, and the server said, "That was him standing behind me earlier." The manager didn't want to come back out and speak with us because he said we weren't trying to listen to him. That was very offensive and rude because only 3 people were speaking very calmly and professionally with the server about the poor experience. The rest of the table were talking among themselves. He never approached or addressed the table. We weren't offered compensation (no offer to reduce the bills by even 10%) in any way for our inconvenience of waiting for food or the missing items. However, we tipped the server nicely because he was not the reason for our terrible experience.
