Bardea, pronounced: bar-DAY-ah, is the Italian term for "the goddess of food and drink." The stunning, 120-seat restaurant utilizes ingredients from local Delaware Valley farms and purveyors, and features modern interpretations of traditional Italian and Mediterranean dishes. In 2019, Bardea Food & Drink received a semifinalist nomination in the James Beard Foundation's "Best New Restaurant" category.

    Made a reservation over a week in advance and still had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. The dining area is tight and loud with poor acoustics. The waitress had to talk loudly for us to even hear her. We order 1 drink and then decided to go somewhere else for dinner.

    on this night, a saturday with concert tickets, service was slow and inattentive, took more than an hour to get our complete order to the table

    Creative and very tasty menu. The food was the highest quality, uber creative, beautiful presentation, and explained well by the staff. The cocktails were world class classic and not some ridiculous complex amalgam of ingredients .Bar staff were first rate!!

    Ashley had her hands full with us, but did a phenomenal job! The food is incredible and we tasted 1/3 of the menu almost among the 6 of us. It's no wonder the Chef is a James Beard nominee!

    The food is always great at Bardea! We love the chance to try new things. We also love that you can do the customized mocktail with an alcohol of your choice.

    We love bardea- the food is inventive, delicious, and always changing. I did notice the portions were considerably smaller on the tri tip with Guava Bernaise- a particular favorite we get when we're there. I know things are tough all over, but this was the only disappointing thing in a spectacular meal. I recently heard they were up for a James Beard award and I could not be more excited for them- it's just always a lovely night out.

    Great meal as always. We highly recommend the chicken parm bao bun. It was delicious. You just can’t go wrong with anything on the menu and Emily is the best. Service was excellent and attentive. Thanks for another evening.
