    I decided to book a place for my partner and I for date night and Bathers Pavillion did not disappoint. We were looked after from the moment we arrived. Staff acknowledged us from a distance with a warm smile that set the tone of the night instantly. We were given a great table with a view and date night was on!!! Staff were attentive but not invasive. There was a perfect flow of time between meals and overall service. The ambience and overall mood of the venue was great. Our meals were delicious. We had the scallops and prawns for starters and could have had a dozen of each, it was that good!!! Mains were the roast chicken and the lamb rump with a side of roasted beets. Delicious!!! Roast chicken just went to a whole new level! My partner finished my roast chicken off and was very impressed. Such a great night, my partner and I are eager to return and try out more items from the menu. Well done to the kitchen crew and the frontline staff. We had a great night.

    Regular diner for over 20 years but quality of staples (fish), poor rushed service with not asked for bill and removing plate from my child before finishing his meal to get us out the door plus major drop in food quality with major hike in prices has likely made that the final meal for me / my family at Bathers Bistro after 20 plus years of being regular. Fake Maitre D rushing us pretending to care arguably the lowlight of the meal along with $12 dollars for local sparkling water placed on table not asked for and opened already. A poor trick.     Lovely solo dining experience in the Bistro. Delicious scallops, linguine and prawns. Great service, the only thing I’d say is the air con is very cold! But I’ll bring a sweater next time

    We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday with other members of the family and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All the entrees were delicious and everyone was happy with the main courses. Friendly service, ambience and water views make this an outstanding venue. Thankyou.

    There’s no other place like “Bather’s”, where you can sit and watch the people walking by on the promenade, gaze at the ocean and eat wonderful food served by efficient staff. It’s been a favourite restaurant over the many years and holds many wonderful memories.
