Executive chef Aaron Ward (ex-Sixpenny and Shell House), recently awarded 2 two hats in the SMH Good Food, works closely with producers, farmers and fisherman that all have a great ethos on producing quality product for the guest.
For Ward, cooking is all about the guest experience and breaking down the barrier between the kitchen and the guests.

    The overall experience at the restaurant was delightful. The atmosphere was charming, and the staff are incredible friendly. The food was excellent. Just that the dessert, while still excellent, was not as good as our previous visit. While the food quality was great, I did not expect the meal time to stretch to nearly 3.5 hours. Based on previous visits, I was not expecting to spend over 3 hours.

    Excellent food and excellent service - no complaints and no notes. Can’t beat the view. We had a lovely lunch for a large group (including toddlers) and will definitely be back for our next special occasion.

    Delicious offerings again from Bathers Pavillion. Ingredients perfectly and delicately balanced. Every plate of food was carefully created. My favourite Sydney Restaurant.

    From the moment of entry, we were warmly greeted and taken to a superbly set table with an amazing view. The warm towel on arrival was an amazing touch. The menu was described very clearly. No words can describe the exceptional food. Presentation and taste, were incredible. All staff were very well trained and nothing was too much trouble for them. The 4 of us, would absolutely recommend this awesome restaurant and will definitely be going back.

    Stunning views over Balmoral. Outstanding service. The snacks and fish mains were divine. Beautiful spot for a lunch date.
