For our first time, I was very disappointed. We were NOT greeted nicely entering the restaurant. We were seated within 5 mins.. It took forever for our waitress to attend our table. Took way too long for drinks to arrive at our table after the order was taken. Even the Apps. took overly long to arrive at our table. The waitress who served our food was a very sour faced, unhappy young lady who was rude to my daughter when my daughter asked about her plate. I ordered mushroom risotto with side of steak and wanted my steak cooked medium/pink...it arrived burnt on my plate. I told the waitress to remove the side order of steak off my bill due to it being overdone. I was not impressed with service or the food. We complained to the Supervisor and she removed the meals from our bill. Sadly, we won't be returning.

Burger was extremely dry. Everything else was very meh. Server made us feel rushed even though they had many open tables. I love Baxters landing. But was disappointed this time around

The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, the server was attentive and friendly. The disappointment for us was the music. It was too loud to allow for normal conversation, we felt we had to shout to talk to each other and to order our meal. In the 2hours 30mins in which we stayed we heard 1 song which we knew, My husband felt like he was back a work teaching his high school students again. By 11:15pm I decided I had been punished enough and we left before seeing the New Year in.

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy amazing food solo or with family and friends, come to Baxters! It’s my third time coming and I cannot say enough good about this establishment. The servers are attentive and friendly, the food was incredible ( you have to try the Korean cauliflower and Tahini roasted Brussels!!), and the atmosphere is warm and cozy but also fancy and upscale. I’ve dined here with both family and friends and they have menu options inclusive for all dietary needs (some of us vegan/vegetarian). This makes a big difference as we dine where we can all enjoy a meal! Highly highly recommend! 10/10!
