The Bazaar takes guests on a wild sensory adventure born of José’s Spanish roots, both traditional and avant-garde, in a bold, playful atmosphere where anything is possible. Each location is completely unique, adding a fresh, ever-evolving intrigue to the world of The Bazaar.

Underneath sparkling crimson chandeliers designed to mimic the flames of a volcano, sit for a curated tasting menu that weaves from raw preparations to the prized vaca vieja, or ribeye aged to perfection. As the flames in the fire kitchen flicker, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind meal, from inventive takes on carpaccio to the most tender rotisserie-style meat.     My only complaint is that music was way too loud. I couldn’t hear the waiters at all explaining to us our dishes.

    My friends and I had an amazing dinner here. Not only was the food phenomenal but the service was so seamless and attentive. Our server (I think his name was Brian) was very kind and knowledgeable. Everyone made our time there great, special shout out to the food runners for not only telling us about each dish they brought but making each dish a special experience.

    We had an incredible experience with the Bazaar Meat tasting menu. The food was inventive, beautiful and delicious. We added the Philly Cheesesteaks and the Wagyu tasting. The courses came two at a time and perfectly sized portions so we felt full but not overly so. The service was attentive and explained all the dishes thoroughly making the experience that much more enjoyable. They were able to accommodate myself with some refreshing mocktails. Two separate managers came by to give their cards and make sure our meal was going well, they even offered more food when they saw some of our side dishes were empty. The ambiance really was incredible. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable with views of the river and the Chicago downtown. It was a busy Saturday night but was not overly loud and never looked rushed. All in all a great experience I would highly recommend.

    Very unusual food experience, with wonderful selections. The ambiance is outstanding, and the service outstanding, from both waiters and servers, who explained the dishes in detail. The menu could be simplify however.

    This is the second Bazaar Meats location that I have eaten at and was better than Vegas. The food was excellent, servers were attentive, and the room is gorgeous with beautiful views. Will definitely be back.

    Went for a birthday dinner. The ambience is amazing and definitely set the stage for an incredible experience. Unfortunately the service seemed a little unorganized and the food was mediocre at best. Our favorite dish was the French fries… Around $500 for 2 adults and 1 preteen. I don’t mind spending a lot on an amazing experience but this experience was simply overpriced. Cool space but likely will not return.
