   Melissa was our server, and she delivered top-notch customer service! Thank you again for all of the excellent dining experiences! I can't praise the entire team and management staff enough for all of the excellent service. Because of this team, we continue to come back over and over.    Jasmin was outstanding as always. She knew what we wanted in advance; she confirmed and then placed our order. Within a few moments, our dinner was ready and delicious as always. We are super happy and wanted to give a shout-out to Jasmime, Mellisa and the entire team for a great customer experience. Thank you and keep up the outstanding customer service.    Always enjoy Benihana. Love the food and watching the chef cook. Yesterday we went for dinner to celebrate the birthdays of my husband and my cousin. The stove at the table the sat us at was not working, so they moved us to another one. Since we then had to wait for it to heat, they offered us a nice discount. The person celebrating a birthday gets a free ice cream for dessert. Since both of my diinner mates had one, they gave me one as well, plus a free photo of the three of us. Great food, great service and great customer service.

   'It was awesome fun and exciting. The wait staff was excellent The hibachi chef was . unique and engaging. The food was cooked to perfection.

   It was a party of 9 people with 6 bills, 5 of which were overcharged, wrong items charged, some food never came but still charged. It was unbelievably unprofessional. The manager was correcting everything. I, personally, was overcharged $30 on $70 order). CRAZY
