Nov 25 6:15 We arrived about ten minutes early and were told to sit by the doors until a table was ready. I decided to sit in the standard seating area rather than where the chef cooks in front of you. After about ten minutes, a waiter finally came to our table. We went in for our reservations and we were greeted by some respectful and helpful staff. Our waiter was not so good; she was very confused about menu items and barely knew what she was doing. I ordered lemonade, and almost 10-15 minutes later, she came back telling me there’s no lemonade, so I got something else. When ordering my entree, she took my order, then came back telling me that she can’t do that anymore, so I had to get something else. While eating, I saw two employees around the bar area/sushi area eating the food on display with their hands. That’s disgusting and not a sight I’d like to see while eating my food, and we also had sushi. Benihana is a nice place, but this location is not at the same standards as others, it seems. People were just walking and talking while others were eating with their hands. My waiter was barely around or even attentive to our table. It also was not busy at all at one point we were the only ones sitting but our food took so long to arrive. Just a bad experience overall; next time I’d like to eat out I’ll make sure not to go to this restaurant again, this one is a no-go. Take my advice and save your money do not eat at this place this people don’t seem like they give a dam. The food was not flavorful and 100% not worth my money. For a 40 minute drive and over $100 for this it’s not worth.

The service was trulu great and the food was exceptional as always. My only issue is the noisy, obtrusive sound level of their ventilation and exhaust system. This needs to be resolved.

Tmeathe steak was very poor. Low quality meat and om the grill. Tough and tasteless. The only part I enjoyed was the fried rice. Poor value. I would not go back

made a reservation for 6:30 didn’t sit down till 7 and she’s came out at 7:40. we had to say something three times before someone actually came out to help us. besides the hiccup in the beginning food was good

My reservation was for 6:30pm. We did not get served until 7:15pm and no show until 8pm. We waited forever. The server forgot our white rice. The Chef doing the show was inappropriate for the kids we had at our table. Will not be going back.

Had a reservation for 8 women got there on time, restaurant wasn’t crowded yet they made us wait in the lobby for everyone to arrive before they seated us. Waitress crashed bar tray and drinks and glass went flying all over friends handbag. No drink or apology offered. Chef was boring, no tricks at all , food was bland and tasteless. Where was the garlic? We were all disappointed. Would not return

Excellent dinner as always!!!! Our chef Resanado was very good, humorous and accommodating to the entire table on how they wanted each meal cooked. Our waitress (sorry, I forgot her name) provided excellent customer service. She monitored everyone's drinks and filled them before being asked. Thank you again BH team!!!!
