   Food was somewhat salty. I requested for low sodium but I think she gave me regular soy which gave me a head after dining in. A little better than my previous visits.

   Service was great which is an improvement from last time. Our cook was very nice but he cooked a little differently than others. He used oil on most preparations instead of butter and the food ended up quite oily in the end. It was tasty but heavier than usual

   We had share with a family that are Vegan and they should be seated alone for the comfort of the meat no being mixed and the ones that wasn’t Vegan our was cold .

   We took my sister there for her birthday lunch. The entire staff was excellent, and everyone that walked by wished her a happy birthday! From the minute we walked in until we left, it was amazing! I can't thank them enough!

   I had a 7:15pm reservation and was seating promptly. I arrived about 15 minutes early and my husband and I literally sat at the bar for 15 minutes before we were even asked if we wanted a drink. The 2 bartenders didn't even acknowledge us. Our table was ready and we were barely getting our drink order from the bar because they ignored us for 15 minutes. The bar wasn't crowded either. It took a good 45 minutes from the time we were seated until we got our soup and then salad. It took forever for everything. The only reason I gave a few stars for the food was because we had a fun chef that did well on the food. I have tried this Benihana location 3 different times, and each time it's horrible. I will not be going back to this location after giving it so many chances and each time they have the same problems they had before. Nothing has changed. Management needs to change or something because this Benihana location is definitely not to the same standards as other locations I have been to. The bar is slower than slow, the wait staff is slow, everything is just slow. For a teppanyaki experience in the Temecula area I recommend Shogun. The food tastes better, better service, and the portions are larger.
