Originally built in the late 1800s, Wyndham Arcade, a Grade II listed building, is home to Bill's Cardiff City Centre restaurant. The newly refurbished restaurant is packed full of colour and charm, ideal for a cosy dinner or catching up with friends. Both impressive and intimate, with little booths, nooks and crannies, there's plenty of seating including a large outdoor terrace, making Bill's Cardiff Central the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between.

    Very disappointed, booked through opentable.co.uk for 9-15 am on 27/12/24. Ordered our breakfast soon after arrival. We were one of the first in the restaurant but after 40 minutes, still no food, but people who had arrived after us were having their meals. I asked the waitress where our food was, she said it was coming now. 10 minutes later still no food so my wife and I up and left. Will never go to a Bill’s again, we will pass this onto all our family and friends. Would definitely not recommend. Opentable pass this on to the restaurant Bill’s restaurant Wyndham arcade Cardiff

    Bills restaurant is an ideal place to eat when visiting Cardiff City centre.The location is within walking distance to all amenities. It's noisy outside but when you enter Bills there is a sense of calmness where you instantly relax. Personnel welcome you with a friendly smile and are tentative throughout your dining experience. There is a wide selection on the menu and it is good value for money so I urge you to give Bills a try
