    The original and best Bill's, the other outlets are nowhere near as good. Great choice of healthy food, good vegetarian selection, the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the toilets could be better!

    Went for a birthday brunch today with family. Friendly efficient staff and a good atmosphere. Food came quickly and looked delicious. Our sausages were very underdone, but after a quick word with our server, they were replaced with lovely well cooked ones and we had a lovely meal. Would recommend.

    Bill’s Lewes Restaurant in Lewes was so lovely; it’s one of our regular spots. The staff are great, professional, and very friendly. I highly recommend it.

    Good atmosphere. I had bacon pancakes. Bacon was a bit hard and pancakes stodgy. I felt like we were rushed. We weren’t even in there for 2 hours and there were people queuing to get in so clearly needed our table. Company was the best thing about it!
