   Despite arriving after hours, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, keeping the restaurant open to serve me. They thoughtfully inquired about dietary restrictions, offered beverages, and provided customized menus. The team went above and beyond—allowing me to take food to go and handling the situation with warmth and professionalism. The chef even took the time to explain proper storage and reheating instructions, ensuring my meal would be just as enjoyable later.    Walleye so amazing, lamb rib appetizer is the bomb. Apple cider basted pork chop delicious. This was a great meal.

   We sat at the kitchen counter and the "show" was as good as the food. The kitchen crew was so in sync that it was like watching a well choreographed play. Our group didn't talk much because we were so engrossed in just watching. Our service was great and everyone was so friendly. They even gave us an extra appetizer that was part of their tasting menu (which we didn't order). Turned out the extra app was my favorite thing I ate that night! I'm going to order the tasteing menu next time!!! Great food, great service, great restaurant overall!!

   Birch’s oyster pop up occasions are an amazing combination of fresh sea food and outstanding preparation. Having the privilege to experience them more than once, the preparations are always changing and a delight to those who enjoy clean and fresh cuisine.
