Bistro at B63 offers guests a unique dining experience. Our training restaurant helps to develop the future stars of the catering and hospitality industries, working alongside Bistro Lead Simon Roberts and Head Chef Joe Parsons and their team to create a range of beautiful and creative dishes. Bistro at B63 is open for gourmet and themed dining on Wednesday and Thursday evenings (term time only).

We offer a wide range of themed events throughout the year from Gin Tasting evenings to Murder Mystery Nights.

The Bistro has a modern and cosy atmosphere and has been described as a 'hidden gem' by other diners.

    Tony Morley and Kenny Swain were two integral members of the greatest Aston Villa team of all time, which won the League in 1981 and then the European Cup in '82. Tony won six caps for England, while Kenny also played for clubs such as Chelsea and Nottingham Forest. Both also played for West Brom! As well as a delicious dinner, there will be an opportunity for questions from the audience, photographs and signatures, along with an auction and a raffle. 6.30pm Arrival and Bar Opens Event starts at 7pm Hosted by Richard Sydenham

Listen to Steve's recollections of his 13-year spell at Wolves, still holding the club's goal scoring record with 306 goals, including 18 hat-tricks, and 13 caps for England.     We attended the Asian banquet evening as a party of 3. The staff and students were welcoming and friendly. The food was tasty and well presented as always. I’m vegetarian and my dietary needs were catered for. I especially liked the puddings which were a trio of mini puddings. The cocktails went down well. Place was very clean. Would highly recommend

    Really great themed afternoon tea. The children loved it and there was a lot of thought put into you it. Food was lovely

    Absolutely wonderful. Waitress was extremely good - polite and helpful. Coped very well when asked for a more complicated drink order (asking for what flavours you had in Gin). Food was delicious - extremely high standard of cuisine! Looked beautiful too. Really impressed. Loved the French music and atmosphere/decorations - a really lovely touch. The teacher was great supporting his waiting staff well but discretely :) The tiny macaroons were the cutest and loveliest burst of sweetness to end the evening! Thank you - will definitely book again.

    Service very slow to the point you had to go to the bar yourself after first drink. Meal was luke warm. Main meal fish was dried up overcooked like cardboard, chicken chasseur was like a mush no resemblance of chicken. Creme brullee was tiny. Evening was overpriced and would never recommend.

    Waited at least 45 from arriving to receive first food the soup which was poorly presented and tepid Main course arrived cold and looking awful Dessert creme brûlée was ting and sable biscuit soggy Certainly not worth the 28 pounds each paid Would not return based on this experience

    Extremely enjoyable French-themed evening. Excellent ambiance. Delicious mussels, very good chicken chasseur and fillet of sole. The crêpes were not as one would expect in a French restaurant, but delicious nonetheless. Generally attentive waiting staff. Excellent experience, so booked for the upcoming Spanish evening.
