2025年4月3日〜2025年4月5日Taste of Iceland Festival returns to Bistronomic April 3 to 5, 2025. (The Regular menu is available during the Taste of Iceland). This Unique Culinary Experience will transport all Bistronomic Diners to Iceland through a 4 Course Menu inspired by, and in celebration of, the best of Icelandic culture. Special Icelandic Cocktail Pairings and Wine Pairings are available for an additional $45.00 Chef Martial Noguier in collaboration with Icelandic Chef Kristín Birta Ólafsdóttir, a member of the Icelandic Culinary Team and a chef at Reykjavík’s Grand Hotel. Indulge in a showcase of Iceland's finest ingredients and flavors, crafted into an outstanding dining experience inspired by award-winning courses of the 2024 Icelandic Culinary Team. The four-course menu will feature centerpiece ingredients from Iceland, including seafood and lamb. 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM at Bistronomic.
