Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. The food was good, the service - sub-par. Server screwed up one entree (ok it happens), didn't bother to see if we needed drink refills while we were wait for all entrees (not good), a different server brought out some of the original order (no issues there, food was hot), waited 20 more minutes for final entree (it was soup, so since it is pre-made it shouldn't have taken that long), had to ask for drink refill where server brought my beer, refilled one water but ignored two others in my party (inattention), after we all had our entrees, did not bother to check back until 5 minutes before we were finished (unconcerned). During the course of our meal, serve made no attempt to remove appetizer plates or used cutlery. It did not appear server had a lot of tables, it appears the individual just barely cared. I will not comment on the unprofessional appearance with the huge nose ring because I don't think there is an appearance standard because it is so hard to get employees. Sad the bar is so low as it does not speak well of the management climate, maybe they are afraid of getting sued? Tip amount reflected the lackluster service but gave benefit of the doubt in case server was new and not held to high standards. No, we did not address our observations to the management Anyway, food was good, and my 10yo granddaughter's favorite place, so I have to go back, even if begrudgingly. Hopefully, we will have a different server.

I did not like having to pay using the QR code on the receipt and the waitress never came back

Our experience at BJ’s was very good. The waitress , Athena, was excellent and that made the difference. She was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with any requests and questions. The food was prompt and enjoyed. Our experience tonight was a great one.

We had a brewy philly which equates to a philly cheesesteak .It came with fries and cole slaw. I t was good but we have had better in other restaurants. It will not be our choice next time.

It was a birthday dinner for my child and despite being told multiple times, no one sang or gave her a dessert or anything.

Reserved on Open Table, arrived right on time and seated quickly. Server Autumn was personable, efficient and attentive. The strawberry fields salad was very tasty and plentiful with lots of grilled chicken, fruit and pecans. Only miscue they didn't acknowledge Open table reservation as being completed or credit my account with the points. They reported it as incomplete resulting in OT querying me and I gave them the requisite info. They have since indicated reservation was completed BUT still no points!!!
