Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. We have dined at this BJ's restaurant before and even at a BJ's in California and our experience was good but on a special evening like Valentine's Day our experience was poor to say the least. We had reservations but the host sat us at a small booth near a side entrance where it was cold and drafty. We were told by our waitress the area we were in was usually reserved for walk-ins. We told her had reservations and were not walk-ins. The manager did come to lock the door so no one could come in the door but guests could exit the door and a few did. Our food came out COLD! The rib-eye steak my husband ordered was very salty and the baked potato would not even melt the butter and was under cooked...not fluffy or soft. My roasted salmon was cold along with the cheddar mashed potatoes and broccoli. The manager was willing to remake my plate and give my husband another baked potato. My second plate came out warm but my husband's second baked potato still came out undercooked and barely warm. Our waitress would disappear for long periods and although she was apologetic for our poor experience she was part of why it was poor. The manager was willing to give us a 25% discount on our meals, However, this was not how we expected our Valentine's Day dinner to turn out at all!

Dined at the bar on Super Bowl Sunday and it was pretty awesome. BJs has a great atmosphere, fair prices and good food. Service is always good and the staff is always friendly. Using OpenTable allowed us to make reservations and be seated right away.

We had 7 people.at our table Two.pd.the meals were not exactly what the ladies ordered. Meaning the restaurant ram out of something and thr lady didn't want anything else That was sad. Another lady had shrimp or fish tacos. Very little protein. She's wasn't very happy but ate it anyway. Overall it was good. I eat there a lot and never had a problem before.

Nothing to complain, nor write home, about. Best thing about the place is the width of the menu.

The kitchen messed up quiet a few times for our party of 6. However, the service staff and management made up for it. It seems to just have been a bad day for the BJ’s kitchen team…

Quick, nice server. Enjoyed her welcoming attitude. Costs were high for food type we felt. Drink prices were extremely high compared to other restaurants.

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday this weekend and our server was outstanding. Sadly I forgot his name but I wish I could call him out for his amazing service. Very personable guy and when my girlfriend forgot her keys on our table when we left he ran back outside to return them to me to top the night off.
