Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Even with our reservation or table was not ready and we had to wait. Our initial contact with our waiter was fine and we placed our order. Then the waiting began, tables all around us recieved their food and we continued to wait. Once the food arrived, you could tell that it had been sitting as everything was cold. Fries, fish, everything was cold. My fettuccine alfredo was a pile of noodles held together with an alfredo PASTE...worst that I've ever had. When you spend the amount of money for a table of 7 on dinner, you would only hope to atleast get warm food. Terrible experience.

The steak was so small and there was more fat then there was steak. It was a 41$ meal.

Ordered fish n chips, daughter has chicken parm pasta. Dinner salad was over prived @ $7. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip that arrived way after our entrees. My salad was out first, not with my meal. Server was not attentive. Had to ask for water refill. Timing was off. Put pur check down before we even done eating. Food was good. Larger than necessary portions.

Silverware for me and my husband was dirty, wrapped in the napkin. Waitress ignored me at the beginning while I was asking her a question and she walked away abruptly and came back and asked what I needed.
