Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Restaurant was not busy yet service was very slow. My husband ordered a chip and dip trip and the ahi tuna salad. Waiter specifically asked if he wanted the chips as an appetizer but they never made it to the table and we had to cancel the order. One of the people at the table accidentally spilled their water and broke the glass but the waiter was very slow to assist. The sirloin steak which was supposedly slow roasted to medium was nearly impossible to cut or chew. Broccoli was not cooked. The guacamole in the protein bowl was frozen. Poor experience. Will not return.

The waiter was horrible. Half way thru our meal sets the check down. Doesn’t come back to ask if we want refills on or drinks. Just kept eyeballing the check every time he walked by. There’s nothing worse than a server rushing you! It wasn’t even that busy.

Great menu choices for food & beverages. Service just seemed off tonight. Our food arrived after we had been there for an hour. Food & drink were delivered by a different server so some items arrived that were incorrect. We then waited for our server to correct the errors. Some food & drinks must have been sitting for some time before being delivered as they arrived melted (drinks) and the food was warm/room temp. Our server was very polite and helpful so that made the birthday outing more bearable. Since an appetizer and meals were ordered we opted to get the desserts to go as we were stuffed.

Great food and wait staff were friendly and checked on our party numerous times during the meal. It was a Friday night so it was crowded and very noisy but we still enjoyed our neal greatly. I highly recomend dinner a B Js. Food was fantastic
