Wonderful restaurant - always get a great meal sourced with quality meat/veg. And the chocolate fondant dessert is simply the best!

Great evening to celebrate husbands birthday We were given a booth which was nice we could take and be heard The food was amazing and servers were happy and chatty Drinks refreshing and reasonably priced We had the cote de beof which was cooked to our requirements and cut at the table for us Definately be back and would recommend

Solid food and a strong drink, good location (seeing a show at the National Theatre!), somewhat generic but nice decor, very clean… but the real winner here was the service— kind folks checking in unobtrusively. As a solo woman diner, I didn’t feel like a burden or unsafe at any time.

Delicious food and drink. Good service. Was given a free complimentary dessert with a candle for my birthday which was a lovely gesture. Exorbitant prices - but we knew that when we booked it.

We asked for a nice table ( when we booked the reservation ) and were squished onto a table for two that was out in an aisle at one end and squished against a wall on the other end. When asked if there were any better tables I was told “ I know you asked for a nice table. I think this is nice. It’s a table” didn’t care. My medium well steak was more medium and had a burnt taste on the outside and the chips and breaded prawn starter we far too greasy, which suggest that the deep fat fryer may not have been in the correct setting. The Prosecco was nice but that was about it. Was it the worst experience? No. Would I go back? No. It was more a case that the staff did not care if I was having a good experience or not. There were no check backs on the table. Very disappointing.

Favourite restaurant, as a family we go there regularly. Always excellent food. Especially the Chocolate fondant dessert which cannot be beaten anywhere else in excellence and deliciousness!

Not my first visit here (and won't be my last). Terrific customer service and superbly prepared food, well worth a visit.
