Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old electricity substation on the site of London"s oldest meat market. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's.

We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times.

友人と4人でサンデーローストのAll-inを頂きました。牛豚羊の3種類をこのAll-inの一皿で楽しむことができます。お肉のほかに、スプラウトとニンジンとポテト、ヨークシャープディングが同じお皿に乗っています。お肉ばどれもジューシーで別添えのグレイビーソースと一緒に4人でペロリ、大満足です。見た目も一皿に人数分盛られたお肉が大迫力で圧倒されました。(All-inの場合注文は最低2名からです。)お写真映えします。また来たいと思いました！気をつけたいのが、とても人気のお店なので予約日の一ヶ月程前にふと予約状況を確認するとどの日曜日も予約できず一ヶ月以上先の日曜日に空きを見つけました。1ヶ月くらい余裕を見て早めに予約するのが良いと思います。

Busy Thursday lunch so was pretty noisy but steak, bacon chop and sides all excellent. Primitivo too. Excellent value and service spot on

Difficult to fault overall - food and service was very good. Minor complaint is the lack of reasonably priced wines.

Big fan but on this occasion the roast wasn’t quite as amazing as in the past. Not a huge amount of meat, and even with extra trimmings and cauliflower cheese, only just enough for two. Food was also surprisingly cold. White chocolate cheesecake on the other hand was incredible! Also the service was brilliant as usual.

Our experience at Blacklock was amazing. Food was amazing, a simple menu but they did it all incredibly well. We went for the sharing roast, I would definitely recommend. The wine was delicious as was the dessert. Definitely will return!

All round an excellent restaurant. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere with exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend a visit and we will definitely return. Special thanks to Dermot for going above and beyond.

Can’t fault this place at all, we had an 850g porterhouse to share £85 for the steak alone I was happy to pay that price but make your own mind up. The sides and sauces were all very reasonably priced at £5 and £2. And dessert was a massive portion for the price also. I will say GET THE BREAD AND GRAVY!

Unfortunately, the excessive salt on the otherwise prefectly cooked steaks and sweet potato ruined the meal for us. Even my wife, who usually enjoys a bit of salt, found it overwhelming. That said, the service was excellent, and the white chocolate cheesecake was absolutely outstanding. However, due to the overly salty food, we wouldn’t personally recommend it."
