Embark on a culinary adventure unlike any other at BLACKOUT, a fascinating dining experience just off the Las Vegas Strip. Sitting in total darkness, your sense of taste and smell are completely heightened as you feast on a plant-based, multi-course, mystery meal of wonderful specialties.

Upon arrival at BLACKOUT, you're greeted by the friendly and entertaining staff. Next, you're led into the pitch-black dining room where your meal can begin. Taste and touch your way through a delicious lunch or dinner, one dish at a time.

At the end of your meal, the staff escorts you back to the lobby. Head back out into Vegas happy that you've had a truly unique sensory experience that you won't soon forget.

The Blackout dining experience is $99.95/per guest and includes admission and a seven course prix-fixe dinner.

Due to popular demand, reservations for BLACKOUT's Dining in the Dark are required.

    For a culinary adventure like no other, treat yourself to BLACKOUT "Dining in the Dark", an innovative dining experience off the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy a multi-course dinner in total darkness and allow your sense of taste, touch, sound and smell to heighten. You will experience great food and dinner conversation like never before, all while you taste and touch your way through your 7-course dinner, one plate at a time. Dinner is $99.95 per guest and alcoholic drinks are available a la carte. Due to limited seating, we require a deposit of $20.00 per guest when booking this reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your reservation in order to have your deposit refunded.

    Wine and Dine your love on Valentine's Day Weekend with the most unique dining experience Las Vegas has at BLACKOUT "Dining in the Dark"! This is an experience that will create lasting memories for you and your guest. The ticket price per guest is $120.00 and each guest will receive a delicious 7-course pre-fixed dinner (alcoholic drinks are available for purchase a la carte). Due to high demand and limited seating, tickets must be purchased in advance for this special day. Please note, refunds for this event will not be available after February 3, 2025. BLACKOUT "Dining in the Dark" looks forward to creating an incredible experience for you and your guests to share on Valentine's Day Weekend 2025!

    まっくらでした。食べ物は見て食べるといわれるので味があまりわかりません。身が見えないことへ神経が行ってしまいます。話題としては最高でした。

    It was such a unique experience! I really enjoyed having my senses heightened and my tastebuds enjoy things that I wouldn’t make for myself. I can’t wait to try it again in another season!

    Blackout diner was absolutely amazing and an unforgettable experience! My husband and I went for his early birthday celebration and our bartender/server, Carlos, was so welcoming and also a little funny! This is an experience like no other in Las Vegas (and this is coming from a Las Vegas native). We will definitely be back in a few months to try it out again or even bring some friends and family soon.

    As much as we enjoyed the overall experience and the service, we didn’t like the taste of the food quite as much. I completely understand that this is a personal preference, and some dishes were certainly a hit. I am also aware that they have a rotating menu, so perhaps we might have had a more positive experience (just taste wise) at another time. Overall, I still recommend everyone to try out this unique experience.

    One of the best and most interesting experiences as far as dining goes. It's definitely a must try.. our server Kristen was a fun and great server.

    This was a very interesting experience. In complete darkness you are forced to depend on all sense minus vision. No devices require you to have conversation with your date. I loved the entire experience. Our server, Carlos, was very attentive and full of conversation. This made this experience that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this style of dining.

    What a cool concept! I believe this is a "you gotta try it at least once" type of experience! I only gave 3-4 stars in overall experience, food, and value categories. For the price, there should have been larger portions and meat choices. Majority of the dishes were small appetizers / finger foods. Was definitely not full at the end of the dinner. But again, such a cool experience, a must try! The service was also very good, which is a huge plus!

    Hunter's hospitality was top-notch. He guided us through the darkness with ease, making us feel relaxed and excited about the culinary journey ahead. Each dish was a masterpiece, and the overall atmosphere was simply magical. This was a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you, Hunter and team!
