   We all had a great experience last night at Blanco with our friends! Everything tasted great and the service was top notch! All our drink and food orders were correct and came out in a timely fashion. My friends we went with want to come back again along with us! Thanks for a great night out with your great food!

   A fun place that was suggested to us by our hotel. Walking distance made it nice! The vibe and services were great. Food and drink were just ok. The queso was basically just velveeta cheese which was disappointing. The pork dishes we got were greasy. And the margarita was just ok.

   Service was wonderful. Reservation was ready at the expected time, and confirmed by restaurant. We had a Cadillac margarita and jalapeño pineapple margarita. The Cadillac was as expected. The jalapeño was very sweet. The real issue is the shrimp enchiladas. The shrimp is shredded, and mixed with something. It comes out like a paste. The texture was absolutely unappealing and it tasted mushy (the paste). Wouldn’t write the restaurant off as never try again, but will look somewhere else.

   They have carnitas on the menu but only as tacos. They did make a carnitas burrito for me. The flan was excellent but the chocolate cake was a bit lacking. The noise level was over the top. They should pass out ear plugs.

   It’s been a while since (years) since we’ve stopped in to a Blanco… and we don’t know why we waited to long to return! We won’t wait that long again. Our server was OUTSTANDING. Incredibly attentive and very helpful with the menu. The food was excellent. It was a Friday during lent (and we’re Catholic) so that meant no meat… but it wasn’t really much of a sacrifice for us! Ha! The Mahi & shrimp tacos were great. The vegetarian enchiladas tastes as good as they looked. All our appetizers and sides were good too. There wasn’t a single thing we were not more than satisfied with. Thank you. We will be back!

    This restaurant knows service. Hosts took care of us immediately, servers were great, food was tasty, and manager knew was visible and attentive to needs in the restaurant.
