Born in 2019 in Montreal, the Bloom concept has been based on the union of the love of sushi and the desire to safeguard ocean biodiversity. Under the leadership of chef Christian Ventura, Bloom has become a household name across the Atlantic with a wide range of both vegan and traditional customers. Incredible food. There’s so much choice and everything we had was delicious. It was suitable for plant based diets but enjoyed by meat eaters too. The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was lovely.

On a juste attendu un peu longtemps pour avoir nos plats et nos boissons. Sinon tout est très bon !
