   One of the reasons I love staying at the Conrad when I come to Nashville is because Blue Aster is such a fantastic restaurant. Great food, beautiful space, outstanding service. Thank you!

   The ambience was amazing. The food was absolutely incredible. Our server, Nick, was so kind and gave us great recommendations. They even split every entree into two for us. We will definitely be back!!!

   My family dined at Blue Aster as a last-minute night out, and we're so glad we did! It was a great experience, top to bottom. Our server was just the right mix of friendly and professional. Cocktails (and mocktails) were unique and well-balanced. Each dish that we tried had the perfect texture - the duck confit "cigars" were perfectly crispy without being overdone; lobster risotto was delicate, beef tagine was crispy-edged, but a tender bite. It was a little pricey, and since the restaurant is in a hotel, you have to pay for valet. The ambiance is cool- the place looks good, comfortable seating, etc. Overall, for the occasional splurge, it was completely worth it!

   We had a large group that was winding down from a tiring bachelorette party weekend in Nashville. Blue Aster was a perfect venue to relax, eat excellent food, and enjoy beautiful ambiance. The service was a little slow, probably due to lack of staff.

   We live in Nashville and were in the mood for trying an upscale continental restaurant. We chose Blue Aster in the Conrad Hilton. Although the menu is not extensive, it had a nice variety of dishes, each of which was prepared in a creative way. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding (Bronwyn was our server). Midway through dinner, a pianist began to perform in the adjacent lobby which added a very nice touch to the ambiance. Although a bit on the expensive side, the experience made it worthwhile. We will definitely be back!
