Blue Ribbon Sushi & Sake is guided by the team at the original Blue Ribbon Sushi which opened on Sullivan Street in 1995, and now comes to Bedford Street with its exuberance for Japanese culinary tradition and compassionate approach to life.

    We've had many meals at Blue Ribbon Sushi at Columbus Circle. This was our first at Blue Ribbon Sushi & Sake and we loved it! We sat at the bar and had omakase and sake. SO GOOD! The 13 courses included many varieties of fresh fish each prepared in a creative, delicious way. We left feeling very satisfied. We also loved the smallish and intimate space. Sushi chef and rest of the staff were super nice and engaging. We'll definitely go back!

    I had spent a week reading reviews ahead of time and was a little skeptical because of how fantastic they all were. But after having gone, all of them are true. The food was exceptional and service was top notch. Pricier than other omakases you could get but it’s worth paying for the quality. Highly recommend sitting at the counter. Food was delicious.

    Unparalleled dinning experience (intimate atmosphere, delicious cuisine, generous service). A rate experience, especially given this little gem is in the heart of Manhattan’s West Village.

    I really enjoyed my experience at Blue Ribbon Sushi and Sale. The restaurant design is intimate and intentional. The food was incredible, and they were easily able to accommodate my need for Gluten Free.if I had to highlight on thing, I felt the price was incredibly reasonable for the experience and quality of food.
