The Boathouse Saranac Lake Pub offers gastro-pub fare right on Lake
Flower. The new restaurant, located at the Saranac Waterfront Lodge, offers a fun, new place for locals, hotel guests,
and day trippers to gather for an only-found-here dining experience.

A friend and I are staying at the Saranac Waterfront Lodge next door and decided to go to this restaurant next door for dinner. We were immediately greeted by the hostess and chose a table outside near the water. Kelly was our server and was very friendly, attentive and made excellent suggestions regarding the dinner menu. We both had the strip steak dinner. My friends was cooked to perfection (medium rare) but mine was a bit undercooked (medium well). The wine list was adequate and the Cabernet we chose was fantastic. After dinner we enjoyed a nightcap at the bar. Overall, this is a great place to eat. Dining on the water (Lake Flower) made it even more special. We will be back when visiting Saranac Lake in the future.

Wonderful place to eat. Great modern open seating with gorgeous view of the water. The food is fantastic: I especially enjoyed the Salmon Poke and my husband enjoyed the chicken tortellinil. Breakfasts were really lovely too.

nice place to sit and view the water. food is “ok” didn’t have many selections of beer and food that were on menu, that said the food was good and priced accordingly . i would go back .

Great lakeside dining in Saranac Lake. We were there for brunch and my wife had one of the best lobster rolls of her life while I dug into the chicken and waffles. We have been through the Saranac countless times on the way to Lake Placid, but I think we are going to make this our new destination. Great food. Great view. Great service.

My wife and were staying at the Saranac Waterfront Lodge and decided to try the boathouse restaurant since it was on the property. My wife had the French onion soup and I had the chowder; both were good. We weren’t real hungry so we decided to have the chicken quesadillas nachos. The menu states the nachos are homemade but it was obvious they were tri color nachos out of a bag. There was hardly any chicken and very few added extras like black olives, green onions, etc. The cheese was sprinkled on top and not melted. For $20 this was a big disappointment.

Our server Laurie was excellent. Super friendly, attentive and helpful. A great family dinner while on our annual family trip. 😊😊😊

A nice surprise! On the water dining - food was great (larger than needed helping) and service was very good. Recommend and plan to go back. Not a fancy space, but very pleasant - no loud music!
