Bob’s Steak & Chop House specializes in serving big, flavorful steaks that are hand-selected from the top two percent of USDA prime beef along with Texas-sized portions of our award-winning sides. Our mouth-watering, legendary seafood and cuts of meat are absolutely delicious as we use homemade and local ingredients to enhance the flavor of our signature menu items.

Since 1993 in Dallas, Texas, the name “Bob’s” has been synonymous with a best-in-class steakhouse experience. Over the years, we have built upon the reputation we earned at our original Dallas location by opening restaurants across the nation that proudly offer the best cuts of meat available to guests, no matter where they call home. We are proud to be a part of the local Louisville community and bring the highest quality steak and chops to Kentucky.

We carry an extensive wine selection, hand-picked by our in-house wine buyer, and a full bar stocked with local liquor, beer, and wine.

great service, delicious food. rack of lamb was cooked to perfection. vegetable sides were perfect. A bit pricey so take someone you really care about or for a special occasion.

Bob's is fast becoming our favorite Louisville Steakhouse. Great drinks and food. Chef Moran never disappoints, he and our favorite server Anna surprised us with a yellowtail ceviche that was fantastic. The Filet Trio special is one of our favorites and the Ribeye is the best in the city. Our party of four finished it off with a large piece of chocolate cake and an order of the bread pudding. Both were excellent.

My wife and I were having our last dinner prior to heading back home. We opted to eat at the Steak House in the Omni. The food was excellent, but George, our waiter was simply amazing. His attention to detail and knowledge of the menu were exceptional. We would most definitely return and would request George. Thank you for a great evening.

My wife and I both ordered a filet. One was butterflied and one whole. They were both very dry and if I had to describe the taste was more like a dried out roast from a crock pot. For the price of the dinner $200 it was not worth that we did order a side of macaroni it was also not the best. Our drinks and bread that were brought to the table were good and our waitress was nice. We would not go back.
