   Bolero at Europa Village in Temecula, CA was an exquisite surprise. From the moment we arrived, we were well cared for. The hostess allowed us to move to a table farther from the kitchen, the servers were there immediately with glasses of water, and our waiter Keith took great care of us -- giving us time to peruse the menu, listened attentively to my food allergy info, and made menu suggestions that would work well for us, and suggested wine pairings that were spot on! We ordered the Jamon three ways, The grilled octopus, an excellent mushroom salad, and the marinated grilled seabass. Every item was delicious and distinctive in its own right. For dessert, I ordered the flourless chocolate cake with hazelnut frosting, and my wife had the Dulce de Leche mousse pyramid. I only wish we lived closer -- but will certainly make sure to visit Bolero on our next visit to the Temecula Wine Country.

   Being a winery they absolutely should include a glass of one of their wines with the brunch buffet. Never tried the wine bc we didn’t want to pay extra. But had we tried one it increases the chance we would buy a bottle.

   We lunched at Bolero yesterday and very much enjoyed our food and overall experience. All staff were very pleasant and professional. It’s clear that customer enjoyment is a big piece of their training. It shows. All food items were delicious. There was an issue of temperature of one small plate. They immediately addressed it beyond expectation. They replaced with a freshly cooked dish and then comped it. That was not necessary to me but they insisted. The four dishes we ordered were all delicious and plentiful. We will definitely return as the menu is quite extensive and we very much enjoyed our first visit. Well done Bolero!

   We love this place, when we have friends visiting, this is our go to…it’s impressive. A little expensive but it’s worth it. The wait staff are very attentive and informative. Highly recommend!!

   My wife and I were celebrating my 57th birthday. We ordered our main courses which were steak and lamb chops. Unfortunately my wife’s lamb chops came out 25 minutes afterwards and was cooked to a temperature of blue. It was orders medium rare. When brought to our waitress attention, she offered to warm it to the right temperature. Totally unacceptable and disappointing. This was an absolutely terrible experience and we will look into visiting other wineries in the future.

    We enjoyed our visit very much, the food at bolero was delicious, the brunch buffet was totally worth it. Loved that there was so much to do on the grounds, there was no reason to leave. Will be back again!
