We hadn't been here in quite a few years. Back then they had all of this kind of like a crushed red velvet all over the place. Very Victorian. Food then was excellent as well too. We do love how they totally revamped the interior now I mean it's absolutely gorgeous. Perfect example of what I call White table service. Started with the shrimp and vanilla flavored scallops. Excellent. Richard had the Rabbit Confit in pastry, which was excellent. Richard had the Rack of Lamb for his mane which was very good but one of them was a little bit gristly. I had the filet of Beef Rossini, which had a nice port demiglace & a lobe FoieGras on the top. Just decadent.

All associates were gracious and welcoming. The wine selection is excellent. The mushroom ravioli appetizer is made with a thin pasta layer that makes it lite and less filling, appropriate as a first course. We had the roasted duck and the chicken breast in a cream was which were both excellent! Atmosphere is warm and comfortable.

One of the best restaurants in Montreal hands down. Beautiful ambience and professional service. Exquisite French food. You will not be disappointed.

Maitre d'hôtel did his best to get us the best table following our instructions. Service was excellent. Greetings come naturally and no one seems forced to address you. Food is excellent to every detail. Thank you to All for making Valentine's day special for us. Looking forward to our next time. Mr. Hasa

Nous avons prit le menu degustation St-Valentin. Trs bon et l'accord met /viin était parfait. Seul petit bémol, nous aurions aimé que se soit un sommelier qui vienne nous expliquer les vins. Le serveur a fait un bon travail, quoique un peu rapide. Nous y retourneront c'est certain.
