アプリを開くClassic Mexican-Style Lager brewed with pilsner malts, corn, and rice. Hallertau hops add gentle spice and floral notes to this superbly clean lager. All of this brewed upon a soft water we make in-house. The result is a crisp beer with wonderful depth and drinkability. ¡Salud!
It all starts with the water we make in-house. We break down our water to 50 parts per million before building it back up into a soft water that provides a clean foundation for our Pilsner. We then add some Hallertau Magnum and German Tettnanger hops to go along with the classic Czech Saaz, our own little twist on this classic style. Subtle floral notes on the nose gives way to nuances of spice and a gentle duality of balanced malt and hop flavor. Crisp. Clean. Refreshing
The aromatics are a blend of sweet citrus mixed with some deep fruity notes. This ale is hoppy up front, yet finishes with a nice balance between light malt sweetness and a clean solid bitterness. At 7% it is not a session beer, but it is designed to be palatable for extended drinking pleasure
Limelight is brewed upon a foundation of hard water we make in-house. A fragrant and flavorful IPA made with a blend of Citra, Cascade, Mosaic, and Zeus hops. Notes of guava, grapefuit, and stone fruit are balanced with malty, caramel tones and a solid, yet clean bitterness
A Belgian-inspired ale brewed with local Star Jasmine flower and carrot blossom honey. The honey lends rich notes of cedar that blend with the Belgian yeast and Star Jasmine to create an intriguing blend of aromatics. With flavor as rich as the aroma, this ale is amazingly light on the palate before ending dry and clean

Made with all British ingredients, the malt bill is a blend of pale, brown and caramel. This brew undergoes an extended boil to intensify the caramel aspects of the ale. The mix of sugars create a robust sweet malty base that is balanced by copious additions of East Kent Goldings hops to create a smooth and pleasant bitterness with soft marmalade notes
Dark larger that gives you just a hint of roastiness
A black brew that exudes rich notes of chocolate blended with fresh roasted coffee. Its substantial body is full of roasted notes and deep caramel tones creating a complex blend of malts. A generous helping of rolled oats lends to a velveteen texture and East Kent Golding hops provide balance
This Belgian Blonde Ale was fermented with Belgian Golden Yeast, Brett-C and Brett-Trois. Pronounced notes of Light, funky, smooth and refreshing. Fruited with Tangerine & Pineapple
