   Our experience at Bottarga was absolutely incredible. The food was the best I had in a while, especially the Toothfish. And I’m not usually a dessert lover, but we decided to do the 3 course menu and ordered the fig tart and the Negroni pannacotta… they were soooo delicious. Thanks for the beautiful night!

   Lovely evening at Bottarga on Valentine's Day. Superb food and good service despite being short-staffed on a very busy evening .

   We love the Italian inspired fine dining dishes, that innovatively uses some Australian bush/native ingredients to enhance their dishes and add a touch of local flavours. The service is excellent, and BYO is allowed on midweek days (Tues to Thurs I believe) which is another reason my friends and I love dining at this place. They provide very good stem ware in which to serve our fine wines.

   Absolutely brilliant! Outstanding food, excellent service and comfortable atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and will never forget the Scallop crudo - what a delight!
