   Kitchen simply aced it today, perfect from start to finish, perfect cocktails, excellent wine list, excellent service and the warmest welcome as ever, perfect ending to an Easter weekend.

   Our table was fine and the food and drinks were as anticipated, good. However the process of getting the food and drinks was abysmal. It was diabolically slow and fraught with mistakes. We had the exact same experience on the 9 March but decided not to complain as it may have been one bad member of staff and after so many visits it seemed unfair. However twice in a row is unacceptable. Your service needs a serious overhaul.

   Very disappointed with service. 3 attempts to get drinks and food order turned up with wrong food.

   We had a quiet romantic dinner with. my wife. It was a nice discovery. Great food, very good design, from the interior to the plates...and lots of light.

    The service was really poor, waited long time to have order taken. Delay in delivering drinks which arrived after food. A few mistakes with requests mentioned before for drinks and food. Food quality is just about ok. Generally, the experience was not so good and it is noticeable that the overall performance of the venue is going down.
