    My family was here from out of town and everyone wanted to go to BRAVO. Our waitress was lovely. The food was excellent,and we had a wonderful time as usual.  Thank you again.

    We love this restaurant and the location! They have free Valet parking available. The food is delicious. Our waitress Lisa we have had many times and she is fantastic! If you are in the Mercato area in Naples it's definitely a great restaurant option!!!

    Daniel was our waiter and was outstanding!! Probably the nicest guy that has waited on us in Naples! Such a genuine nice guy, showed concern and knowledge. Will eat here again only if Daniel is our waiter! Note: we are not related to him or have ever met him. Goof luck in the Air Force Restaurants need more Daniels!

    Three of us ordered the chicken Caprese and it was terribly terribly dry. Everyone else else’s very good but the chicken Caprese needs a sauce or something on it.

    Had reservations so we only waited 5 minutes to be seated. Greg, our server had way too many tables to provide the service we would have expected. Due to the ambient noise he didn’t hear clearly one of the orders. He jokingly wrote it off being deaf. As someone who wears two hearing aids I understand. The food was good though the portions were smaller than in December. Overall, a nice night.

    What's was disappointing is every time I make reservations I am told that booths are not available for party of 2 even though after being seated I see parties of 2 beings seated. I feel the food was good. But a glass of chardonnay costs $18.00 . Disappointing.

    The food could have been more hot, and for a 5:30 reservation we were out by 6:10. I thought it was a little rushed

    Have dined here before but was disappointed with the service in regards to a food allergy. Server was not helpful at all. He just kept telling us that chef said to avoid a number of dishes. But he couldn’t say what was in the dish or come up with ingredient list. Just kept saying no to things. I can appreciate the restaurant not wanting to deal with a food allergy but giving the diner a little more information would be helpful instead of just saying no. Talked to manager and he said he’d talk to server.
