The customer service really is as bad as everyone says it is. None of us enjoyed our stay due to the rudeness of staff and no effort to make an enjoyable experience for my birthday. Would not recommend!

Great service, and entertainment. Always a good vibe going there. The staff are very friendly even when it gets super busy. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Food and cocktail was very nice. Food was cooked to a good standard and service was fast. Something I wish was better was that the music was too loud making it hard to hear my partner when speaking. Overall good.

All I have to say is the service is very terrible. You probably have to sit for atleast an hour without no one attending to you, even when they are obviously not busy. Very nonchalant staffs. Asides that, they probably the only shisha lounge that opens till late in Canary Wharf.

Everything is great but I wish service was a little better — it’s just a bit slow, have to chase for things but they are friendly.
