Chef Bjorn Thompson will be cooking a special 3-course tasting menu for Valentines Day.
Start the evening with choice of Beets & Flowers with whipped goat cheese, herb blossoms and candied walnuts, Kale & Berries with champagne vinaigrette, greek yogurt and shaved carrot, or Gem Wedge with pork belly, green onion, local blue cheese and cherry tomato.
Main course features choice of Beef Filet with chocolate & cabernet bordelaise, yukon puree, and broccolini, Lobster Fra Diavolo (1 lb.) with chili tomato sauce and creamy polenta or a Winter Vegetable Risotto with baby root vegetables, squash and pecorino.
For dessert, indulge in Valrhona Lava Cake, Red Velvet Cake, or Blood Orange Trifle
