Brewsters Beer Garden is located in the historic district of downtown Petaluma. We are an open-air dining restaurant with over 350 seats. Our cuisine is focused on technique driven dishes influenced by Southern Carolina BBQ and a smattering of locally sourced and sustainably raised Petaluma producers and ranchers. Think southern BBQ meets California produce with a refined touch of explosive flavors.

The dining space compliments the food perfectly as guests are treated to outdoor seating in a historic setting, with the comforts of large heat lamps, fire pit, and live music stage. We offer an array of over 30 revolving local craft beers on draft, Sonoma and Napa Valley wine, and a full selection of spirits and cocktails. Brewsters was built for people that want more than just a good meal when they eat, they want a dining experience. We are laid back, kid & dog friendly, and like to have fun.

PARKING || Street parking around Brewsters is all time-limited to 2 hours between 8am and 6pm every day except Sundays Holidays. As such, we recommend parking in one of two nearby parking garages. Keller St. Garage is located at 126 Keller Street, Petaluma and is about a 7-minute walk from Brewsters and features 4-hour parking on the ground floor with increased time limits, each floor up. The C-Street Parking Garage is located at 49 C Street, Petaluma and is about a 12-minute walk from Brewsters and features all-day parking on all levels.

This was my first time experiencing Brewsters. This was the BEST way for me to celebrate my birthday. The staff was friendly. The food was great. The atmosphere was perfect. I’m obsessed with the holidays. So the fact that everything was still decorated for Christmas made my dinner just as special. I will definitely be coming back again and not just for the holiday decor.

Today I used open table to dine with a friend. While the food is excellent, I take issue with how my beverage order was handled the day prior while dining solo at the bar. Not wanting an alcoholic beverage, I ordered a "diet Coke"...I was served a glass with a large amount of ice with the soda. Since it wasn't enough to last through my meal, I asked for a refill. The female bartender emptied my glass of ice and poured a new glass, again with a lot of ice. I paid my tab and left, not looking at my receipt in detail until I reached my motel. I was charged $4 for each pour, so $8 for very little soda. On this visit, I asked my waitress at our table about the soda situation. She explained that it's a "craft" diet cola and that they don't provide free refills. After my meal, I asked for a manager and was guided to Chelsea. I explained my issue over the non-disclosure of the combination of: the price; the fact it was a "craft" cola versus the brand Coke; no free refills... Chelsea got a big smirk on her face and asked if I was wanting a refund or what was my issue. I said I didn't expect a refund, but that I would expect the server to advise me of the price or, at least, that refills were not free. She said it "would be an insult" to the customer to tell them the price of the drink....and that the cola is not on the menu. I said, "you have prices on the menu for your food and alcoholic drinks...it's no insult to show the prices on the menu..at least the server should disclose that there will be another charge...that's being truthful, not insulting"...her amused smirk remained and I told her, "I can see you're amused"...She said maybe I could talk to someone else, but I just told her my solution was not to order any beverage and that I would just drink water going forward. PS, only order a full rack of the ribs...the "1/2 rack just gets you 1/4th-1/3rd....take the leftovers home. And don't bother with the $20 salads either. Not worth it.

A wonderful place to get good, fun drinks and ok food in an absolutely delightful environment with great service. We are there every year! Wouldn't miss it

The food quality at Brewsters is extremely POOR. Low quality. Mass produced. The drinks are WEAK. The cost is HIGH. The holiday decorations are fun, but seem tired and they are the same year after year. Absolutely NOT worth the cost.

Brewsters is always a good time. At times the music can be loud which is hard for adults and children with sensory issues. But the Miracle at Brewsters and it all decorated up makes it all worth it! The food is absolutely delicious.

Great night with the family! Food was delicious, ambience and decorations were terrific! My only issue was the bottle of Prosecco we ordered came almost at the end of our meal. It would have been better if our cocktails could have come before the food.

Christmas time is the best time of year to go to brewsters with there Christmas wonderland. But just be prepared for it to be absolutely crowded and for your service not to be the best with how many people there are there. There is a lot of staff working but we still had to wait 20 minutes just to get drinks

I visited with my GF a couple days after Xmas, and all of the Xmas decor was still up… such a wonderful job they do! I always prefer Bar Seating because every time we have been there, the servers have been hit or miss, but this time we sat at one of the high-top tables and had Amanda, and she was wonderful! Great Energy, attentive, friendly…
