Brick Pizzeria & Ristorante brings an authentic brick oven Italian experience to Franklin. By way of Steamboat, CO. Partner and Pizzaiolo Leopoldo Demusis spent every summer among the hills of Sant'Angelo all'Esca, in the Campania region of Italy, where he found his love of food. In 2016, he realized his dream of bringing Neapolitan-style pizza from Napoli to Steamboat where he is a wildly successful restaurateur. Brick is our hometown connection to a little taste of Italy from the hand built, 100% brick oven to imported tomatoes and flour, we will do our best to maintain the integrity and vibe of southern Italy.

    Pizza is awesome and not the typical pizza found elsewhere. The special burratta was unusual and so delicious with a glass of wine .. A very enjoyable evening! All

    Staff is friendly and accommodating, drinks and food came out quickly. The pizza was hot, crust crispy and delicious. Would definitely recommend.

    The service and food was amazing. Drop the kids off at the Rock and enjoy a nice dinner without them, or bring them along.

    Disappointing experience. Host at the door was great, friendly and gregarious- set a great tone, highlight of the evening. Server was trying to take drink orders before we even got our coats off. Was at our table non-stop. Took food orders and brought out our apps and entrees came two minutes later. Meatballs were okay, focaccia was excellent. Pizza was limp and the pasta was way overcooked with dry chicken. Took longer to get the bill than to get our food. For an $85 bill I would expect more. Have had previous trips to Brick that were better, but it doesn’t hit the same quality as San Giorgio which is at a similar price point.

    The atmosphere is very appealing, we were greeted very warmly when we arrived. Sadly it wasn’t very busy, although at this time of the year I’m not surprised considering all of the options for Christmas activities and parties. Our waitress Hailie was an absolute delight. She was attentive, gave great suggestions and when we had a small issue with one of our meals she was very prompt at resolving the problem. The only hiccups we had with our meal were my entree could have been hotter. It was lukewarm. It wasn’t enough of a problem to send it back. I had the short ribs and they were delicious, I just would have preferred them to be hotter. My husband had a calzone and the presentation was great however the inside filling was cold at the center. We sent it back and they corrected the error and it was good when it came back out. The chef even checked to see that it was corrected. I was very impressed with all of the staff. They operate like a cohesive team. We will definitely be back. I love the atmosphere and cannot wait to try the pizza.

    Restaurant really nice. Staff was very attentive. We ordered pizza. So good! Will definitely be back!

    Great relaxed atmosphere with great food. Went for our buddy’s 60th birthday, he was greeted with birthday wishes when we got there. The bartender Sam was the highlight! She is what makes people want to come back with her service and personality. Will definitely be back.

    Service was extremely slow and appeared very disorganized. Waited 15 minutes before someone came to our table. Waited another hour for our food. Food options on menu weren't available. Other items were not as described. Received food which was to be served with fettuccine noodles but came with long spaghetti noodle. Wine ordered was substituted for another option. All in all just seemed very disorganized and unprepared.
